    DEDICATION:

  • The genesis of this piece emerged after my first appearance as a ballet conductor, where I received two bouquets of flowers. Over time, I noticed a stark contrast between the two bouquets: one striving to maintain its vibrancy while the other slowly withered away. This striking observation inspired me to explore the opposing themes of blossoming and withering.

    Blossom - Movement I

The first movement, titled 'Blossom,' aims to capture the enchanting motion of a flower blossoming in the morning and closing at night. To mirror this natural cycle, the structure of the music follows a mirror form. The composition incorporates two contrasting motives that also mirror each other, symbolizing the inherent symmetry found within a flower.

Through 'Blossom,' I strive to depict the vibrant colors and perpetual energy present in nature and life itself. The music flows with an effervescent quality, evoking the blossoming petals and the dynamic essence of existence. It is my hope that this movement will immerse the audience in a sensory experience, reminding them of the beauty and transience of life's fleeting moments.

    Wither – Movement II

    To be continued.
